Phase II: Thursday, October 1st, 2009 from 0800 to 2200 U.S. Pacific
Phase III: Thursday, October 15th, 2009 from 0800 to 2200 U.S. Pacific
During these windows one may expect short outages not expected to exceed 30 minutes by current estimates. In a best case scenario network interruption should be minimal.
