This account is very good for someone who want to start his high PVP arena career or PVE career, not from total beginning, but not with already full s3. Good gear and resilience should help you to get good arena partner.

Decent PVP gear: S3 gloves, S1 helm,S1 shoulders,S1 chest, vindicator items, epic pvp back, epic leggings (Vanquisher), Deep Thunder (possibility of upgrading to Stormherald, very good pvp mace)
