If item can hold enchant (including thread enhancements),
it is already done (Except healing boots and healing cape.
Couldn't find anyone to enchant Vitality into the boots,
and didn't see anything I liked for the cape).
All enchants are enchanted accordingly (e.g. Heal gear
has healing enchants, damage gear has damage, etc.).
If gear can be Gemmed, it is gemmed with rare gems.
