My 80 Orc Shaman was in an elite 25 man raiding guild from day 1 of WotLK. He has excellent PvE resto/ele gear as he downed everything through Yogg-Saron in Ulduar 25 (including some hardmodes) as of several weeks ago. He also has plenty of PvP gear as I maintained 2200+ rating throughout S5, and a decent amount in S6. He has exceptional PvE gear in all three specs, and excellent PvP gear in resto/ele.
